Sustainability is more than a pretty word to us. We’ve put together an Environmental Management System to keep our practices monitored and continually optimized. In keeping with ISO 14001 standards, we avoid waste, keep up with legislation and invest in green innovation. After all, nature is our number one resource.
At the end of the day, we make sure no meal goes to waste. We donate our excess food from our central kitchen, restaurant and warehouses to ITAAM, a wonderful non-profit that delivers food within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
