AGS is a registered supplier for the In Kingdom Total Value Add (IKTVA) program. IKTVA is designed to drive domestic value creation and maximize long-term economic growth and diversification to support a rapidly changing economic environment.
With assets all over the Kingdom, with our investment in local talent, and through IKTVA, we stay on track for the 2030 Vision.
Our goal is to provide best-in-class service, and of course our staff is the key. We invest in our people by providing fully-paid scholarships for them to obtain a qualification at FHM. In fact, 114 of our colleagues are enrolled today. And what is FHM? It’s a project by the Institute of Workplace Management (IWFM), City&Guilds, The confederation of Tourism and Hospitality, Highfields and the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc). What it does, is it provides International Standard courses for advanced careers in the Facilities Management industries.
